I usually don’t tend to wear too many dark shades at once, but rather mix elements in my outfit for more contrast. However, as the sun had decided to forego London a visit yesterday, I embraced the darkness of the skies and went with dark grey flannel trousers coupled with a navy merino roll-neck and a soft-shouldered navy jacket from SuitSupply.
With such a somber outfit, I love to let my pocket square shine and add a bit of life and color to the otherwise darker tones. This colorful camouflage one was a decent purchase from Drake’s and has lately been a favorite to
nonchalantly fuss about for far too long in the morning. The color palette of the pocket square plays nicely with my well-shined burgundy Oxfords and the neon lights of Soho as I once again settle down for a Negroni at the excellent Bar Termini on Old Compton Street.
